LANSING – As the Trump Administration approaches 100 days, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is highlighting the recently launched Federal Actions Tracker on the Department of Attorney General's website. The new resource is designed to keep residents informed on significant federal actions and how they impact Michigan residents.

“Left unchallenged, Donald Trump's unlawful actions would have grave consequences for Michigan and, as Attorney General, it is my responsibility to defend the rights of our residents and uphold the rule of law,” Nessel said “Michiganders deserve to know how these illegal federal actions affect their lives and how my office, alongside attorneys general across the country, are fighting back. This tracker makes it easier for residents to follow our ongoing efforts to hold Donald Trump and his administration accountable.”

The tracker provides up-to-date information on the Attorney General's legal actions in response to several unlawful federal policies and orders. Since the beginning of the current Trump Administration, Attorney General Nessel has filed 10 lawsuits and 17 supportive briefs in other litigation to protect Michiganders and the rule of law. She also launched a new reporting form for residents experiencing disruptions to their Social Security benefits or services.
