Resembling the actions of Spoiled Children that believe they are ENTITLED to have their way, the four board members that lost the vote to close the Hessel Ridge Golf Course attempted to block capital funds allocated in the budget for both tribal owned golf courses during the November 7 Tribal Board Meeting by attempting to add an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024 Enterprises Capital Purchases Budget Resolution to exclude funds allocated in the budget for capital purchases for the golf courses prior to the vote. This amendment was blocked by the majority of the board and the budget was passed.
